HOW DO YOU MAINTAIN A FRINGE WITHOUT THE WHINGE?
FRINGES ARE BECOMING EVERYONE’S FAVOURITE HAIR ACCESSORY. THE BEST PART, YOU CAN PERSONALISE IT!
BUT HOW DO YOU ROCK A FRINGE WITHOUT IT TURNING INTO A PIMPLE PRODUCING CURTAIN?
It’s all about keeping the oil, bacteria and sweat at bay. The forehead is already naturally oily as part of the face’s T-zone, and a fringe can act as a barrier, trapping the pimple causing substances within the pores. Oil from the hair itself and the products you use in it can add to the problem. Keeping both your skin and hair clean is a great place to start, and if you are already prone to breakouts try using hair products that are lighter. Pinning your fringe back when you are exercising and on hot days with a cute clip, braid or twist is another preventative measure you can take. It is much better than having the sweat drenched bacteria carrying strands plastered to your forehead. Just through these simple steps you can be confident your fringe won’t be used to hide any pimples.
TIPS AND TRICKS
DMK Acu-Klear and Acu-therm are a day and night spot treatment power couple. Use Acu-Klear during the day to fight and kill acne causing bacteria and control breakouts. At night apply Acu-therm to soften and extract deep and often painful congestion.
If your skin is oily apply a light dusting of Actrol Powder to the forehead either under or over your makeup, or both depending on how oily your skin is, to soak up that excess oil and provide a nice antibacterial seal to prevent those pesky breakouts and greasy skin.
